At Dr. Buzby's ToeGrips, we want your dog to walk with confidence and style. If our products aren't the perfect fit for your pet, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused ToeGrips in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
